New transaction – Maag Grupp bought debt claims of distressed Estonian dairy company Tere

Keystone Advisers acted as buy-side adviser to largest locally-owned Estonian food industry company Maag Grupp AS in purchase of debt claims of Tere AS and related companies from DNB and Nordea banks. Keystone transaction team consisted of Tõnis Kons and Henri Kaar.
